Lovely double room for rent in friendly houseshare

Hi!

Spacious double room up for grabs in a friendly house-share just off Oxford Road, just on the edge of the vibrant Curry Mile.

Appreciate this isn't the best time to be posting an ad given we're in the middle of a worldwide pandemic ... but I'm moving out of the property on 1st May for work and need somebody to take over my room - and that's where you lovely people come in!

Location-wise the house is genuinely great - 10 minute walk to the universities if you're a student, and around 25 minute walk to the city centre. If you're feeling really lazy (or the weathers awful as per) there's also magic buses practically on the doorstep.

The current flatmates - They're great. Really all you need to know. Both female, one a uni student and the other a tattoo artist, and both also work in a bar in town so they can help you out with cheap/free drinks if you move in (when we're allowed back in bars, obviously - #stayhome). We also have a tiny little cat who is the most adorable little thing in the world.

We all have our own schedules, but it's a really friendly household so someone who fits into that would be ideal - hopefully a friend rather than just a housemate. Everyone sometimes just likes to have their own space and quietly read etc so that's completely cool too - everyone's space and privacy are always completely respected.

Bills aren't included, but they're mostly quarterly, and we've just paid most of them so you wouldn't have to worry about that for a few months. We also deal directly with the landlord (who's lovely) so no agency fees or anything like that.
