I'm very tidy and expect the communal area to be kept clean after each use.
The flat is off Oxford Road and is very well connected. Can get to Piccadilly in 10 minutes. There is a lidl, tesco and poundland 2 minutes from the flat, as well as a 24/7 corner shop.
The flat has 2 bathrooms and a good size balcony.
I am quite social, but I work 9-5 so will have early weeknights.
The rent is 500, excluding bills. Estimates for your share of the bills are:
Council tax: 85 pounds
Water and electric: 100 pounds (estimated)
Wifi: tbc
This brings the total to just under 700.
No couples please, and I would prefer non-students for council tax purposes.
