Due to a series of unfortunate events at home, I am in need of a someone to fill my vacancy for a large, en-suite, fully furnished room in city centre Manchester. The room will have everything a person will need for moving in such as; a single bed (with a fresh, new duvet and 2 brand new pillows), a extra large wardrobe, 3 shelves and a extremely large desk. The bathroom consists of a matching set of: toilet, sink, cubicle shower a individual extractor fan.

The room is in a shared flat of 3 others (2 females and 1 male) who are aged between 18-20 all of which are full time students in Manchester. They all have their own room and will only be sharing a large, spacious kitchen. The kitchen also has two large leather sofas with a plasma screen TV that is fixed to the wall, this is perfect for sitting down to after preparing a meal either on your own or socialising with the friendly flatmates.

The flat is situated perfectly within 30 seconds walk to multiple big shops like tesco, lidl, superdrug and poundland. All of which will come in handy when faced with the problem of buying too much.

Although the flat doesn’t come with an onsite laundrette there is a extremely affordable laundrette less that 30 seconds away.

With multiple bus stops within 2-3 minutes walk away which can take you anywhere from the airport right into piccadilly for less than a £1.
