Hello, I'm looking for a second female tenant to take over a spacious double room in the lovely flat I'm renting.
The flat is in an ideal location only 5 minutes walk to nearest garage, shops and pubs. You'll also find good transport links only 2 minutes away from a bus stop and there is ample parking outside the flat.
I (Rebecca) work as a coordinator for an ISP (which means my broadband is extremely cheap 🤭) on a 9-5 basis so I'm looking for someone who lives a quiet life during the week. I would also be interested in making friends with the person who becomes my house buddy but I also like time to myself.
My ideal house mate would be clean, friendly and love cats as I have one ginger fluffball and he is the prince around here.
The flat has one bathroom, dining area, kitchen, lounge and 2 spacious bedrooms.
