I’m David. I’ve owned this building for 20 years and recently converted part of it into two modern studios. One is now available for short to medium-term lets – ideal for professionals relocating to Manchester or looking for a hassle-free home base.

I live just around the corner with my wife, four kids, and a few pets, so I’m nearby if you need anything. I take pride in creating homely, practical spaces that feel welcoming and well thought-out – I hope the photos show that!
