We have a large, double room on the 3rd floor available to rent. House is situated on a cul-de-sac with lots of available parking. Rent includes all bills- we have washing machine, dishwasher and broadband. King-size bed is currently in the room. We are 2 married professionals living with a Spanish student but no one else will be on the third floor so you will have peace and privacy there. You would be sharing the bathroom with the Spanish student but it is free most of the time especially in the morning. We are situated 12 mins walk from Sale metrolink and Brooklands metrolink and within walking distance of many shops, bars and restaurants.
