Super clean and tidy apartment in a small apt block in sale moor. I live near the water perk. Easy access to Chorlton or Sale and surrounding areas.

M60 is very close, so bare in mind that there is traffic noise. If you need silence to get to sleep, my home isnt for you. You do get used to the cars driving past.

I have two bathrooms. A main one which would mostly be yours unless we have guests. And my bedroom has an ensuit.

Open plan livingroom and dining area.

About me:
I own a coffee shop and also work from home, so im in and out all week. Evenings ( twice a week) I do work Online in the dining area.

I like quiet evenings mid week, usually watchin netflix or reading in bed and going out to train with my fitness group. Weekends I often see friends & family but also work weekends so im out and about lots. and up early. Every so often Ill have a friend over for dinner, enjoying a glass of wine with some music.

Can walk to chorlton through the water park

Lots of bars and restaurants locally
Supermarkets - aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury’s ( 5min drive into sale or 20min walk )

Id like a house mate who is clean and tidy like me, not scared of putting the bins out ;) and enjoys a calm home.
