En suite private room, loft conversion red deposit

The room is fully private and on the top floor as a loft conversion. There is a kettle, tray, etc so you can make drinks without coming down but you also have full access to the rest of the facilities in the house. In the en suite you have a shower, sink and toilet. The room has a private stair case up to it. TV and Sky Q Box recent additions to the room.

My home is quiet and cosy. I live directly opposite a lovely park which is nice for a stroll.
It is close to all forms of transport and the metro link which goes straight in to Manchester city centre.
It is 5 minutes to the motorway by car and 15 minutes from Manchester airport.
I am registered on Airbnb if you would like to see my reviews. Listed as comfortable accommodation in Sale and I have super host status.
I am warm, helpful and friendly but I also respect the privacy of others.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and drawers. I would charge an extra £10 per night for a couple but am willing to negotiate.

I will also accept mon-fri lodgers if someone only requires a weekly room for work purposes at a discounted rate.

The large main bathroom would be shared with myself but I work shift patterns and meet up with friends twice a week so you will have the lounge to yourself at times!!
The lounge area is separate from the dining room and kitchen so it's quiet and cosy. I have a very comfortable recline-able sofa and sky tv. Wifi throughout the house has an excellent reception. Full use of all amenities are included including washer, dryer, cooker and dishwasher.
Definitely worth a look. Female would be slightly preferable but I really don't mind.
I am neat and tidy but you would be responsible for maintaining your bedroom but I am also flexible.
