Hey, i’m Lauren, looking for 2 friendly and respectful tenants to let out the spare rooms in my apartment, located in Salford (around 10 minutes from Media City and 15 minutes from the city centre).


The apartment is on the ground floor, fully furnished (dishwasher just installed), newly renovated and always clean! The bedrooms are good in size (with double beds) and wardrobes (one walk in). The bigger bedroom has an en-suite and the other bedroom has a large bathroom down the hall. Please let me know which room you’re interested in as prices vary slightly.

The living area is a great size with newly fitted kitchen and wooden floors. French windows and shutters allow for lots of light in the living area.
There is allocated parking outside (1 x allocated, 1 x visitor) and a bus stop with routes to the city centre/Trafford centre just a 2 min walk away. There’s also a tram stop just a 10 minute walk through the nearby park. Ideal for those who have to commute to work👍🏻

Move in available from the 9th of Jan. £600 deposit required to secure a room and viewings available upon request, please remember to wear a face mask.

All bills included, excluding council tax and TV license.
