Salford Royal hospital is a short walk from the house and Salford University is 1. 5 miles, Manchester City Center is a ten minute Bus/metro Tram ride. The property has free WIFI connection and all mod cons and also meets all the national fire regulations and license conditions.
The current tenants are all friendly people who keep their home clean and tidy. There are no parties at the house as they are always held else where, ensuring a good nights sleep for every one.
A cleaning rota is in place and each person does a weekly clean of the common areas once every 5 weeks. A cleaning service also attends once a month.
The house is close to all major transport links including bus/metro tram links.
Smoking is allowed but outside on
the terrace.
