General:
Our clean and quiet three-bedroom household is seeking a mature-minded, respectful house-mate, to join what is a very nice home for the right person.
There are two people who live in the property, the landlady and a tenent. The current occupant is a recent graduate and is currently staying in Manchester, however, the third person is moving out and returning to their own country. Move in date can be negotiable, so please get in touch to arrange a viewing!

Facilities/Bills:
All bills included apart from council tax, hence why a student would be most suited. There is washing machine, and hanging area for clothes, dishwasher, broadband, back garden, and your own refrigerator and a freezer space.

What we are looking for:
Ideally this would suit a mature student looking for somewhere not too far from the city-centre, and a stone-throw from Salford University and Salford Royal, with great transport links. We want someone who wants somewhere where they can relax and feel part of a home, but obviously we respect their own space and privacy. The right person will be an animal lover, as we have dogs.

Room available beginning of June.
