I have an en-suite double bedroom available, I'll get straight to it and list out all the good stuff below;

- Located in Exchange Quay (literally right next to the tram stop) which means;
- 10 min tram to Deansgate (near centre of town)
- 20 min tram to Piccadilly Station
- Walking distance to Old Trafford
- 6/7 min tram from Media City (also walking distance)
- Fair few shops/restaurants nearby and right next to Salford Quays
- PureGym right next to the building
- Free Parking! Always loads of spaces in the parking area below so can park right outside the door pretty much.
- 1 En-suite room (I say en suite, there is a tiny hall in between your room and the bathroom but it’s not a shared bathroom, as the other room has their own en suite)
- All Bills Included (covers water, gas, council tax, internet, tv license etc.)
- Very fast internet speeds
- No admin fees
- Dishwasher & Washing machine
- Would be willing to let you use the 55inch TV in the room as well (your own home cinema 🤷🏻‍♂️)

Looking for short term lets as I am in the process of selling the flat, hence the maximum 6 month stay.

There is a guy who is currently renting the other room out, who’s a really nice lad and very tidy. I’ll be living fairly nearby so will be on hand if you need anything.

There may be occasional viewings happening as I’m trying to sell, but they last 15 mins and you don’t need to be in for them, I’ll always let you know when they are happening, all I ask is the place is kept quite tidy until the viewings stop 😊.
