Double room to rent around Salford Quays
Hi, I’m Gregg. I’ve lived in Manchester for just over 2 years now having moved from London.
My flatmate is moving out having moved from London at the same time, but I would like to stay in the flat, so looking for someone to move in.
The flat is in a great location for the Quays and a short tram ride or 30 minute walk into the city. There’s a Tesco Express 5 minutes walk away, or a short drive/walk to Regent Road and White City retail parks. Salford Quays tram stop is also a 5 minute walk, with an Uber ride back from town costing about £7-10, so a fantastic location! There is also a secured car park.
I’m a pretty easy going, single professional gay guy that likes nights out as well as nights in, watching films and TV, gaming on my Xbox (Playstation people are welcome), and having a laugh.
I’m looking for someone similar who will treat the place as a home, not a doss house. Sharing the washing up and cleaning of the flat, but generally keeps the place tidy any ways and enjoys the odd night out together as well.
Currently, I’m in the room that you’ll be moving into and I’m moving into my departing flatmates room. Your furnished room (double bed, wardrobe, drawers, 2x beside units and TV unit is on the top floor as you enter the flat, which also has a toilet and small storage cupboard on the same floor. Downstairs is the living room/kitchen, balcony, main bathroom with toilet, bath and shower and my room.
I would prefer to share with another gay guy. So, if you’re interested, I’d like to hear from you!
