Current flatmate had to move out due to unforseen circumstances so looking for a young, female professional like myself to move in asap. I'm 23 and enjoy going out for drinks and food, cooking, nights in watching Netflix, city breaks/holidays. I'd say I'm quite a laid back person to live with as long as you keep it tidy! Ground floor looking out onto the car park so still pretty private, with a shared bathroom and living space but it's pretty spacious.

The flat is a 10/15 minute walk from Salford Quays and a 5 minute walk from Exchange Quay tram stop - usually takes just under 10 minutes on the tram to get to Manchester City Centre. 2 retail parks nearby with Sainsbury's, Aldi, Boots, Pure Gym/JD Gym. Easy walking access to Castlefield too.
