Large double bedroom in lovely house

Hi!

I’m looking for someone to rent my second bedroom in my house.

The room itself comes with a double bed (with storage drawers built in), two bedside tables and a large wardrobe with mirror.

You would also have the main bathroom to yourself (I have en-suite) and it has a brand new shower, large bath and is pretty big.

The house itself is really nice and furnished - big TV in the lounge with sky and Netflix (I can give you your own account on there), sky internet, you’d have your own parking space out front, the kitchen is large and airy and we also have a small garden to enjoy in summer.

The house is literally a minute away from Langworthy tram stop, next to Media City and it takes about 15 minutes to drive into city centre. Close to M60 and the ring road and good transport links.

Ideally looking for someone to move in August 1st.

Rent is £600 pcm with all bills included for a single occupant, happy to consider a couple but the price would be £700 if it’s two people.

You’d be living with me. I’m 28, working in the city centre in PR, and I tend to be quite quiet in the week so the usual work/gym/chill and then out on weekends. I’m really into food and cooking so you’re potentially going to get fed a lot if you live with me! :)
