The shared living room is spacious with a large comfy corner sofa & table & chairs for 4 people. Off the living room is a lovely balcony, seating & with a gorgeous view over the river - you can see the Hilton hotel on Deansgate in Manchester City centre to one side & media city in Salford Quays to the other.
The apartment is only minutes walk away from the city centre (Castlefield side), Salford Quays & Manchester United football grounds for the Red fans!
A fabulous new amenity just opened which is just a few seconds walk away in the shape of a brand new coop & also it is also just next to a variety of other amenities including large 24hr Sainsburys, a retail park with a gym, tkmax, pets at home, Argos, home bargains, Boots & a few more. Also next road along there is a McDonalds & a KFC, but not too close to smell them!
Situated next to Regent road so loads of buses & even more convenient it is also opposite the Cornbrook tram stop (over the river) & just one road away from the M602 motorway linking to the M60 & only a short distance from various train stations so really great for all transport links. I personally like that Uber into my salsa classes in Revolution de Cuba right in the city centre used to cost about £3.60!! 🙂
Also another great bonus is that this room includes free parking in a secure gated car park with CCTV (pretty hard to find this close to the city centre!)
