Double room, all bills included

Hi! I’m looking to rent my spare room which is located in Salford, near to Ladywell tram stop. It’s close to both Eccles town centre and MediaCity, near the hospital and has easy transport links to the city centre by car, tram, bus or train!

The room is in a ground floor flat facing out to the big communal garden. The room comprises of a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, couple of cabinets and under bed storage. I’m happy to purchase additional furniture as required!

In the rest of the flat is a spacious living room with a big tv (with full Sky package, Netflix and Amazon Prime), modern bathroom and full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. There is free parking right outside the building. All bills are included in the rent and I’m open to either long or short term rentals.

I’m quite sociable and enjoy gigs, good beer, music, films and TV shows. I like to chill out most of the week and head into town at the weekends so would love a housemate who is friendly and social and likes to hang out in the evenings. I tend to keep the flat tidy and clean but I’m pretty laid back so not a neat freak by any stretch!
