I am renting my spare room out again after my last logger decided to move in with her boyfriend after 2.5 years of being with me.
I am looking for a full-time or Monday to Friday person to share my lovely flat with me

I live at St. James' Park, Salford m5
It's a lovely gated safe place to live

There are beautiful landscaped gardens to appreciate on a sunny day and a Gated secure car park with CCTV for your car.
There is a Tesco's at Salford Precinct and Sainsbury's on Regent Road or Morrisons in Eccles which are all accessible either on foot or by Metro or bus.

It's about a 10-minute walk to Media City for ITV Studios and the Lowry Theatre & moor shops. There are a few local Gym's about too
It's a short Metro Tram link ride to Salford Royal Hospital, Universities & the City Centre of Manchester are all accessible by walking, bus or Tram
There is a bus stop and Tram stop within 2 minute's walk away so very easy to get to Media City Manchester City Center itself and Salford Royal Hospital.
The M602 motorway and link to the ring roads around Manchester M60 M62 are 2 minutes away.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe side table dressing table have a look at the pictures
It's my lovely flat so there is the use of the kitchen, Cubbards & freezer bathroom with shower over the bath. There is a Dining table in the lounge to work from or have your Dinner at
There is the use of a Washing Machine too.
The lounge is
shared too you can just sit & Chill out in or if you wish to watch TV/ film or football or Netflix.
I am a very easy person to get on with really, life is too short not to be!
I've been told I've got a great sense of humour & like a laugh.
I say my home is clean and tidy but also lived in.
I am also respectful of other people's privacy and space if you want to just stay in the room that's fine too.
I have a full-time job, so too bed earlyish & up early. Except for the weekend, I may stay up a little bit later because I'm watching a film or just catching up with stuff on TV 😊
I am looking for one person preferably a NoNon-smoker I don't ). A Lady or a gentleman
would suit this room a 2nd-year student or health professional or someone just working away from home at the moment and wants somewhere nice & quiet to get their head down. 1st year Students can apply too ( if you're not a party person)

Utility bills are included and there is fibre broadband & free Wi-Fi.
There are lovely landscaped gardens to appreciate in the summer/winter months too(see picture ) There is access to a small private communal gym on-site.
