Hi all
My wonderful flatmate is leaving our beautiful flat soon, as she will be moving in with her partner, and I'm looking for someone to fill in for the room ASAP. It's very cozy and has its own private bathroom with bathtub! It's a fully furnished room with lots of natural light, and the flat is in a great location, close to tram stations, Media City, Salford Quays and Castlefield, and has great amentities nearby (gyms, parks, super markets, basically everything we need). The city centre is literally a 20 minute walk away and there are also numerous buses passing by towards various directions. The area is quite beautiful, both as quiet and busy as one might need.
Bills are not included but based on our experience they should not be more than an extra 100 per month. There's only one more person in the flat (me, that would be me!) and I'm generally easy-going and looking to live with someone I can be friends with, chill out together when we feel like it, with Netflix and all!
