Looking for flatmate (free gym and wifi included)

I am currently looking to move into this apartment with another person.

**Note: My replies will probably be slow at the moment as I have had a lot of interest shown in this place since creating this advert. Unfortunately, I also cannot consider students applicants or anyone with a total budget under £750.

About this apartment:
The flat comes with free wifi, a concierge, a resident lounge and a free gym on the ground floor. The building also has a free dining + entertainment room which can be booked for dinner parties.

I currently live in the neighbouring building with my roommate who is moving away but want to switch to the new building as I prefer the view from this particular apartment. I can also be available for in-person viewing.

About me:
I’m a PGCE Secondary - Mandarin teacher working in Manchester. A bit about me as a roommate... I am a friendly, easy-going and simple guy who likes to cook, watch movies and occasionally play video games. Also, I’m very tidy and LGBT-friendly.

A plants and animals lover, I like to watch movies and chill with my friends during weekends and like to try new bars and restaurants around the city.

If you are looking for a new friend in your roommate then I am more than happy to hang out but if you would rather keep to yourself that is also fine.

Move-in date and bills:
I am looking to move into the new place from mid-late September and want to finalise the details ASAP. I am free for viewings most afternoons and evenings and happy to arrange to fit your schedule.

The apartment does welcome pets but owners are required to pay £50 per month for insurance.

The monthly bills including rent and council tax will come to about 750 each month.

Rent: £592.50 each
Council tax - £83.95 per person
Water + Electricity: £60-70 avg. each
