Hi there!
I have two big double rooms to rent in a 3-bedroom house. I am replacing two housemates who are moving in with their boyfriends so the move in date can be flexible. I am a PhD student, currently working remotely.
The house comprises a living room with dining table and sofa, kitchen with all appliances, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor and has a shared bathroom. The other bedroom is on the second floor and has an en-suite bathroom.
It is a new built property, very clean and modern - we are the first tenants to ever live here. The house also has a big back garden for summer BBQs. I am looking for people who will keep the house clean and tidy, like we have thus far.
Very good location, walking distance from Salford Uni and about 20 minutes bus ride from Manchester City Centre.
Bills: about £100 per person per month inc. wifi.
