-The other roommate has a two year old cat, who is shy but very sweet once he warms up to you. He probably wouldn't be able to live with another pet unfortunately, as he doesn't get on with my cats.
-Free parking spot on the drive.
-10 minutes away from the Salford precinct, which means you're in walking distance of shops, supermarkets, a PureGym and plenty of buses to the city centre.
-20 minute walk to tram links.
-Council tax is Band A, electricity and gas are monthly and water is every 6 months.
