Spacious and bright double room to rent in 3 bedroom semi in Weaste, Salford (just north of Salford Quays). Double bed, big wardrobe with drawer space inside. The house is large with big rooms and a sunny garden and sits on a peaceful cul-de-sac near a park, space for a car on a driveway. It's a clean and tidy house. Having been recently renovated, we take care to look after it and are seeking a housemate who does the same.

Convenient location just 1 mile from Salford Quays, 3 miles from the City Centre, and with a tram stop 10 mins away. Several large supermarkets nearby.

In the house we have the landlord (43) and tenant (23). We are considerate people and keen to find someone with a similar outlook who communicates well, cleans up after themselves, and mucks in with a general clean once in a while. We tend to socialise outside the house so this is a peaceful place which we use for either working from home or relaxing. Looking for someone who'd fit in this dynamic of being a fairly quiet home but friendly and respectful with the other housemates.
