Double Room V Close To Northern Quarter !!

hello! :) my flatmate is moving out at the end of this month & I’m looking for someone to take her room any time from March 2nd. it’s a lovely little flat super close to the arndale (approx 5 min walk), northern quarter (15 min walk) and spinningfields (5 min walk) !! rent is £397.50 per month and bills are about £100 on top of that including council tax. it has a balcony which overlooks chapel street & it’s a pretty gorgeous view (especially on sunny days). there are some works going on right now so that and the windows are obstructed but it’s honestly barely made a difference to living here :). Salford Central train station is literally across the street, as well as a Tesco Express & Cafe Nero. there’s also an Aldi approx 15 mins walk away, and Manchester Victoria is just up the street.

I’m a bartender on weekends / some evenings and an editor for a publishing company through the week, so I’m usually out at coffee shops or somewhere in the NQ. I’m always game for a night out or a movie night in - I’ve got a projector too so can always turn the living room into a lil cinema vibe. I’m chill, clean and tidy (but not weird about it), and super respectful of other people’s space.
