I’m looking to get a new flatmate to sign up with me for next 6 months for this amazing property overlooking Peel park, just 15 min walk from Manchester city centre!
I lived here for a year but my flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend ,so I’m looking for someone to takeover his room from the 20th of August!
The room is fully furnished and comes with it’s own bathroom. I’m looking for someone who is tidy!! And doesn’t wear shoes inside the flat. A bit about me; Saying that I’m busy is an understatement haha. I work 6-7 days a week at the moment, I do work outside of the flat most of the times, unless I need to do some admin work, so whoever lives with me is in for a treat, if you prefer a bit of alone time, also I like to be sociable if I’m not too caught up with work and have some free time.
I’m looking for someone who doesn’t work from home.
