About the flat:
• Flexible move in date - from October
• Looking for someone as our current housemate is moving in with her partner very soon
• We are looking for someone to commit to the rest of our 2 year lease with the landlord (we have been here a month already)
• 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets (2 bathrooms). You will be sharing a bathroom with myself and Sakina has an en-suite
• Great location in Salford: 10 minute walk from Spinningfields, 20 minutes from Market Street and 30 minutes from NQ
• Lots of cute cafes and restaurants really close by (Old fire station bakery, Procaffeinated, Porta tapas)
• Very spacious living space and bedroom

About us:
• we are 26 and 27, love going out for brunch or dinner, crafts and sewing, hikes (Sakina is part of a hiking group), going for the odd drinks and a boogie, yoga, swimming, as well as a night in watching a series or film! Not big drinkers
• I am a primary school teacher and my housemate Sakina works in medical communications and WFH once a week
• we are both very clean and considerate housemates and would expect the same from you
• I am vegetarian and love cooking at home so it would be great if you were also veggie or vegan but not essential!

What we are looking for in a housemate:
A housemate who is 25 + professional, kind, clean, considerate (especially on week days as we love an early night in this house!)
Would be lovely to find a friend as well as a housemate too if we have similar interests 🙂
