I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely en-suite room in Salford as I've just gotten a new job and need to move ASAP. The room is available immediately and ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price.
The room:

- Some cute decorative bits I can happily leave if you'd like them.
Location:
- Bus stop is literally a 1 minute walk from the house.
- Around 20 min to Manchester city centre.
- Super easy commute and very well connected.
- Near a Supermarket and Gym.
I am paying £900 per month like I mentioned before all bills are included, really comfortable and great value for the area. If a couple moves in, the landlord may increase slightly.
