Hi! My flatmate is moving back to her hometown at the end of the month, so her double room in a 2-bedroom flat in MediaCity is becoming available.

I’m 26, a friendly artist who working in hospitality so I’m often coming home around midnight (I’m quiet when getting ready for bed and will try not to disturb!). We’re ideally looking for someone of a similar age (24-30) who’s easy-going, respectful, clean and tidy.

The bedroom is furnished, although you’ll need to provide your own mattress. Parking included as well as some on-street parking for guests. The flat is right opposite Ordsall Park, 5 minute walks to Exchange and Salford Quays tram stops, Tesco/Lidl and a PureGym. 15 minute walk to Mediacity.

Rent is £550 per month, and bills come to around £230 per month.

Move-in date is flexible, but ideally around the last weekend of June.
