Double room in Chimney Pot Park

Looking for a professional female to share house on Chimney Pot Park In Salford. The estate is within easy commuting distance for Media City and close to town also. Transport links are great with regular bus services every 10 mins and the tram only a couple of mins walk away and there is secure parking available also if you drive.

The houses are upside down, remodelled by Urban Splash about 10 years ago, The bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor (bathroom features a sunken bath and the bathroom is a wetroom) Bedrooms aren't huge but have lots of storage and you will have the whole run of the house to feel at home in.

The first floor is the living / dining area and opens out onto a terraced garden / patio area (great in the good weather for entertaining and enjoying a glass of wine) Our neighbours are fabulous and there is a great community feel to the area.

The kitchen is at the top of the house and is huge (you feel like you're on a TV cooking programme!)

My last 2 housemates were with me for 3 years and 18 months and felt like family but i'm also open to the idea of short term lets if youre contracted for TV or Theatre as we're only a few mins from the BBC, ITV and the Lowry. I'm easy going, relatively tidy and I want my new housemate to feel comfortable and treat it like it's their own home too.

I'm a busy person, I work two jobs, study and go to the gym at disgusting hours of the morning, so you will quite often have the place to yourself but I would like to live with someone who is sociable and friendly (who likes Eastenders!)
