- Dining room with a large table, two benches and two chairs for seating up to 8 people.
- Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, Espresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer. All pots and pans, plates, cutlery, glasses – everything you can think of.
- Newly fitted bathroom with bath and shower.
-Enclosed and secure south facing back yard which gets sun all day.
-Cellar which can be used for storage with an additional freezer.
-Cleaner every 2 weeks who cleans the whole property excluding the bedrooms.

*** The Location ***

The property is situated on a quiet street and ideally located close to Media City, Tesco Extra, Aldi, Lidl, Salford Shopping Centre and more – all within walking distance.

There are great bus and tram links, with both Langworthy and Weaste Metrolink stops being only ten minutes’ walk away making is very easy to get to Manchester City Centre, Manchester Airport, Trafford Park etc… The M602, M62 and M60 are also close by for those who drive and there is always space for on street parking directly outside the front of the property.

*** About Us ***

Chris is technically a live-in landlord but primarily based in London for work and only pops back briefly a few times a year. So really, he’s a live-out landlord! Which means for the majority of the time you will be sharing the house with just me. I’m Matt, an easy going and relaxed guy who works in health care. I have been working from home much of the time due to Covid but when things settle back down will be a mix of home and office working. Ideally, I want to share with someone who will be housemate rather than someone just using the room to lodge in. You will also be sharing the house with 'Tommy' who is a very friendly ginger cat. He is an outdoors cat so always out and about and this means no cat litter or any mess in the house either.

*** About You ***

Ideally you will be a professional, who is tidy and remembers to put the bins out on collection day but also easy going and can enjoy a drink at home after a long day at work.

Strictly no smoking in the house but smoking outside in the rear yard is not a problem.
