*** About Us ***
Chris is technically a live-in landlord but primarily based in London for work and only pops back briefly a few times a year. So really, he’s a live-out landlord! Which means for the majority of the time you will be sharing the house with just me. I’m Matt, an easy going and relaxed guy who works in health care. I have been working from home much of the time due to Covid but when things settle back down will be a mix of home and office working. Ideally, I want to share with someone who will be housemate rather than someone just using the room to lodge in. You will also be sharing the house with 'Tommy' who is a very friendly ginger cat. He is an outdoors cat so always out and about and this means no cat litter or any mess in the house either.
*** About You ***
Ideally you will be a professional, who is tidy and remembers to put the bins out on collection day but also easy going and can enjoy a drink at home after a long day at work.
Strictly no smoking in the house but smoking outside in the rear yard is not a problem.
