The room is fully furnished, which includes a double bed, mattress, wardrobe. There are two other bedrooms on the first floor as well as a 3 piece bathroom, with shower, bath and WC. On the ground floor we have a living room, with sofa and TV, where we spend the most of the time. And the most important-a spacious beautiful kitchen/dining room, where we have a big 6 seater dining table and another TV. Outside the house there is a quite big garden and parking spaces at the front of the house. New Lidl shop across the street. Just 15 minutes walk to Deansgate or Spinningfields.
Overall, we are a very friendly and tidy couple, so we are looking for another tenant who would love to spend some evenings with us, including cooking and watching movies with a glass of vine. But please keep in mind before you contact us, that we don't want anyone who wouldn't clean after themselves and leave a mess!
