We are looking for a tenant to occupy the second bedroom of our house. The tenancy includes room, bills, a full private bathroom and access to kitchen, living room and garden. Private parking space is also available right in front of the house. The bedroom is newly furnished and includes a bed, a mattress and spacious double wardrobe. The house has a washing/dry machine + electric dryer in the shed.

The room is south oriented and is facing a public garden, giving you privacy.

The house is less than 1 mile from Media City/Salford Quays (10 minutes walking distance) and it is approximately 2 miles to Deansgate. Exceptional access to public transports: 4 minutes walking to Langworthy Tram/Bus stop. 10 minutes walking distance from Media City/Salford Quays and is close to Salford Royal Hospital and Salford University.

We are a couple of professionals working in the health and financial sectors. We like to spend time at home, gardening and with our friends.
