Hi my name is Katie and I’m moving out of my flat in January to take the plunge and live with my boyfriend! My current flatmate Emily wants to stay on in the property so I need to find a replacement.

The flat is located just off Regent Road in Salford. It’s a 15min walk away from Deansgate/Spinningfields, a 10min walk from Cornbrook metro stop and 20min walk from Salford Quays.. It’s just opposite Regent Retail Park which has a Sainsbury’s, Boots, TK Maxx, the new JD Gym and other shops. It’s also a 5-10min drive from Tesco, Aldi and Lidl.

The room available is a large double room with an ensuite bathroom. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. I currently have a tv stand and a chair in the room so there is plenty of room to add your own furniture.

The flat has a large but cosy open plan living room/kitchen with 2 sofas, tv with freeview/now tv package, dining table, fridge, oven and hob. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space for 2 people and the washing machine is located in the storage room in the hallway. There is also plenty of free street parking if you have a car.

A little about your new flatmate...
Emily works full time Mon-Fri in the city centre. Loves a night in watching tv, drinking wine and having a chat. Emily is also really clean and tidy! Emily is ideally looking for someone similar and has no preference to female or male.

I’m looking to move out by the end of January but if you need the flat earlier than that it can be arranged.
