We are looking to end our fixed term tenancy agreement early and need someone to take over the contract of our apartment. Ideally with your tenancy beginning around the end of March 2018, although we are somewhat flexible with this date.
The rental is through Reside Manchester. You would go through the full application process with them, although would have to time the beginning of the tenancy with us. Their current tenancy application fees can be found on their website. They require a yearly pre-tax income total of £26,850 between all tenants.
The apartment itself is an unfurnished two-bedroom, two bathrooms apartment located on the corner of the top floor (8th) with shared kitchen/living area. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with shower. It comes with both dishwasher and washer/dryer. The building has a 24-hour concierge service.
Currently, the bills are the following with two people living here: rent £895/month, council tax £108/month, electricity £40/month, water £20/month. There is also an internet bill.
