We’re a middle aged gay male couple with a double room going spare in our flat right across the road from Buile Hill Park. We’re fairly quiet, we’ve got two small dogs who are also quiet and it’s fair to say our all night partying days are probably behind us. This is our Manchester base and we intend to use it for concerts (good location for both the city centre and Media City) and the odd bit of going out once that’s allowed again. We’re not hardline but cleaning up after yourself is a must and whatever hours you keep, we sleep at night and we’re up during the day so a bit of peace and quiet at night would be appreciated. We’re fairly down to earth so, if you’re the sort of person who feels the need to impress imaginary friends on social media, you probably won’t fit in.. The room is a big double, the flat has recently been completely renovated and the bed is brand new. There are lovely views across the park from most rooms in the flat and you would have use of all rooms with the exception of our bedroom. The flat is equipped with all the cooking equipment you’ll need, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
