Double room in Salford Quays Apartment

I have a double room to rent out in my 2-bed apartment in Salford Quays. Only a 5 minute walk from Media City, and Anchorage or Harbour City Metrolink stops are a stone’s throw from the front door.

I am a live in landlord, clean and tidy, and (I think!) pretty easy to live with. I’m looking to rent the room out Sun/Mon - Thurs/Fri night.

It would be great to have a flatmate who wants to socialise, sometimes cook/eat together, and have a drink in the evening, but I’m equally happy for us to have our own space too. Also, I work quite varied hours including some evening shifts, so there might be some weeks where we don’t see much of each other at all.

Apartment has Sky (including movies and sports), a 55” TV, PS4, Broadband, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a fantastic view over The Quays, Manchester city centre skyline, and on a clear day the Pennines. Bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. It is not an en suite, but as my room has an en suite you would essentially have sole use of the good sized main bathroom with toilet, bath and shower.

£500pcm includes all bills (providing you’re reasonable!) and council tax, but you would need your own contents insurance. Unfortunately I can’t guarantee a parking space at the property, but other residents sometimes rent theirs out.
