Hello guys.

So long story short. I’m in the process of the application for this 3 bedroom flat located in Salford Quays. My friend dropped out on me last minute and I would still really like to go ahead with the application.

This 3 bed flat is on the 1st floor. Wooden floor throughout. Newly refurbished. Unfurnished in the bedrooms and living room but all kitchen compliances are there (washing mashing/hob/fridge freezer etc)

So you’ll only need to get your own bed & desk for your bedroom and we can hunt for a second handed sofa for the living room. There is already a dining table and 4 chairs.

I can’t stress this enough how nice the area and the flat is. And for the money it really can’t go wrong. (It’s just behind the Lowry mall, 5 mins walk to MediaCity tram stop)

I’m going to be paying £330 as I’ll have the en-suite bedroom. That’s why for the other 2 bedrooms it’ll be £285 each. Without bills. But can’t see it being more than £425 overall.

I do need to know ASAP as my agent will otherwise release this property.. please message me straightaway if you’re interested.

I work in Altrincham Monday to Friday 9-5:30 so will be mostly out of the flat. I have 2 male cats and they have been neutered. Super well behaved, and CUTE! ^__^ (Landlord is already okay with it and I’m paying extra deposit) I have a piano too so you’re welcome to play/learn :)

I get on well with most people and ideally you’ll love food, board games, cats & fairy lights. Oh! And also not too judgemental on my music taste (Taylor Swift and that) ;)
