I have a gorgeous double room available to rent from January 2019 in a 3 bedroom duplex apartment in Salford Quays.

It is a 10 minute walk into MediaCity so perfect for anyone who works here (I work here and enjoy the walk into work along the quays). It's also a 1 minute walk to Salford Quays tram stop with direct links into Manchester (takes 20mins), a 2 minute walk to tesco express and is situated close to the bars, the cinema and Lowry Outlet.

There is a private gated car park.

Shared living area and dining room with a very spacious kitchen including plenty of cupboard and fridge/freezer space, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, oven, all appliances included (plates cups etc)

Bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and a very large shelf all included.

Shared bathroom with one other person which includes toilet, sink, shower and plenty of shelf space.

There is also another toilet and sink downstairs.

I have absolutely loved this apartment but due to personal circumstances regarding my job I will be looking to move out. The other two tenants are really easy to get along with, clean/tidy and respectful.

Rent is £450 a month and bills (including council tax, electric, water and internet) are set at £108 a month.
