Great townhouse in a beautiful location backing on the the river.... this house provides you with an at home mini gym which includes an incline running machine, pull up bars and sit up bench we’re a 2 minute walk from the metro link into the city centre and also walking distance from Medea city.... also there’s a pure gym and a virgin acting gym with a swimming pool within walking distance if you like your daily workout.. there’s also a few bars a cinema and restaurants within walking distance too... looking for someone easy going, respectful, good to chat with and most importantly cleans up after them self’s.. as this has been an issue in the past so please if you would like to live here we really reeeally don’t like mess, apart from that this house house hold is very relaxed everyone gets on well with each other and are there for you if you need anything.. we all like to go out together for food or drink ect when we all have the time but we also do all have our different friendship circles, so there is a nice balance.. we also have a cleaner that will come if requested we all split between us which costs £7pw pp and for an extra £1 will change your bedding if requested... ☺️☺️
