I have a room available in the Salford area available In May. It’s a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a gated secured parking, with day time concierge.
It’s a double bedroom and you would be also have the luxury of having your own bathroom. You will be sharing with just myself. There are laundry facilities available in the flat and it is also fully furnished. Bills will approximately cost £50 each in total which includes WiFi, electricity and water. There will be additional fees to include you in the tenancy and a deposit of £500. There is also a tram stop outside the apartment that will take you straight into Manchester City centre. Trafford centre is also a 7 minute drive, and the apartment is located right off the m60.
