Hello my name is Charlie, I'm 25, I'm looking for a new housemate to move in at the start of July , I have an administrator job working close by 9-5, ideally looking someone with a similar work pattern but open to others.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, river facing, You will have full access to the main bathroom as I have taken the on-suite room, the room itself has a double bed with storage space underneath as well as an open wardrobe.

The apartment has modern appliances (Electric Hob, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, WiFi, I've also got a 55" 4K TV too.

Onsite Parking (I haven't secured a space as I don't have a car), 24 Hour Gym (Cardio, Free Weights ect), Concierge who will sign for packages and answer general questions. They also offer personal training and free yoga classes.

A residents lounge and communal garden area is located in the lobby, with social events throughout the year. Friday socials are a great way to meet your neighbours and free beers and wine are offered by the building..

Transport links are good too, just across the road is a
metro link stop to the city center within 10 minutes.

Ideally I'm looking someone who will be respectful of the place and is sociable but also respects privacy.

I have lived here for over a year and a half and can honestly say it's a great place to live, staff onsite are really friendly and residents are polite and respectful too.
