Double room available in Clippers Quay. The room is in one of the large modern 3 bed flats with a balcony overlooking the water.

One of the other rooms has its own en-suite so you’re only sharing the large bathroom with one other flatmate.

I’ve been here with the two other flatmates for a couple of years now so the place is completely furnished with everything you need.

High speed fibre internet is included with the rent and the other bills come to around £125 per month each (mostly due to the recent electricity price increases).

A parking space is currently reserved for the flat that I’ve been using up to now so this should be available for the new tenant to continue with for £100 per month if needed. If not it will be released as there’s a waiting list for the spaces.

The building has its own gym, communal space with a pool table, cinema room and 24/7 concierge service. There’s also a great PureGym across the road near the Exchange Quay tram stop if you prefer doing classes or want access to even more kit.

The two flat mates are both guys, one an engineer and the other working in sales. Both chilled guys, enjoy the usual stuff: football, movies, tv, sports, music, climbing, etc. Flat is kept tidy and both happy to socialise or just chill out on evenings/weekends.

It’s a fantastic flat, the location is perfect with easy access to the met or the motorway if you’re commuting by car. The only reason I’m leaving is for a new job.
