Looking for Uni Student or Degree Apprentice!

I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment with my boyfriend on a 12 month contract, but unfortunately we now want different things and we mutually agree him moving out is the best course of action. We are looking for someone to be substituted onto the original contract which expires on the 31st August 2022, meaning we would be co-letting and releasing him from the contract.

I'm a degree level apprentice, working 4 days a week as a Data Analyst and attending Manchester Metropolitan University on a Tuesday. Ideally I would love to have someone on a similar course or situation, but right now just someone that's chill and I can hang around with would be great.

Clippers Quay is a modern apartment complex with a range of facilities from 24/7 gym to lounge area to meeting/cinema/private dining rooms and more. It's a really nice and safe place to live.

You'd be moving into the Master Bedroom, which comes with its own en-suite, but you can also use the shared bathroom as the en-suite only has a shower and not bath. The rent includes an estimate of what the bills will be on top of the set rent. Also, the tech on the dining table in the photo's is his, it wouldn't be there when you move in.
