The room is a spacious double bed. It has a separate bathroom with a bathtub (not en-suite but just for your use). The apartment has a shared living room and kitchen. There’s a bus and tram stop (Harbour City) right in front of the building. It’s a great location near MediaCityUK. The building has a theatre room, dining room, gym, communal space, concierge services, and parcel room.

Bills are usually around 70-80 per person including Wi-Fi

I am looking for a clean, easy-going, and considerate flatmate. Someone who is respectful of shared spaces and enjoys a harmonious living environment.
