Houseshare, quiet cul de sac, close to city centre

I have a large double room to let in the house I have occupied for the last 3 years. There are 2 parking spaces right outside the house and it is on a quiet cul de sac in Trinity Riverside. I currently occupy the 2 smaller rooms, 1 as a bedroom and 1 as a wardrobe but the main room that is available is a large size with a built in storage area. The house is standard, 3 rooms upstairs and a bathroom (shared) and a living room, kitchen, extra room and a cupboard under the stairs. There is a back garden which I have renovated last year but in the beginnings of redoing it again this year.

About me.

I am a late 30's gay male, I work a lot and love to cook at home and enjoy a nice bottle of wine whilst watching films. There are 2 sofas in the living room and for some reason I always have the small sofa to watch tv on and my housemate always has the large sofa. I'm always trying new things in the kitchen and keep myself to myself at times, but also love a bit of company whilst watching a film. Very easy going. I have made this house a home since I have been here.

The bills are roughly 175 a month so with the rent and bills, it's about 600 a month, but that is including 2 parking spaces and it is a 15 minute walk to Market Street and a 7 minute Uber to the bars of Manchester.

I need to find somebody by 12th April and the room is available from May 21st
