Ensuite Double 10min walk from Spinningfields

Hi! I'm currently looking for a female to move into the ensuite-double bedroom in the flat I rent. My current flatmate is moving out at the end of December, the new tenancy would begin 30th December. I have lived here three and a half years and love it! It's a corner flat on the top floor with full view of the city but also greenery/river/park, it's an amazing location so close to town, near a co-op/Nisa and regent retail park, across the river is Peel Park, there is a massive balcony that extends fully around the corner of the flat, and a roof terrace that gets the sun all day!

Rent is £475 a month each, bills not included (usually about £150). The flat is fully furnished with a tv, coffee table and sofa in the living room, kitchen has kettle, toaster, dishwasher, range of utensils, washer/dryer in a storage cupboard. Bedroom has double bed, wardrobe, drawers and x2 bedside tables. I have a space in the car park, but there is a road opposite and around the surrounding area that has free parking.

I’m 26 and work at Lookfantastic, I get a lot of samples! I love having a cosy night in watching tv, but also going out with friends on the weekend. Looking for someone similar age, working professionals only no students sorry!

Deposit is £475 (one months rent) and it's a 6 month agreement, can sign for a year/6 months after.
