I'm looking for a young professional to join us in this modern and spacious home. A double bedroom will be available from the start of March for one month.

With a well-presented living room and a stylish open plan kitchen diner which goes out onto the garden this property is a fantastic place to relax. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and two large fridge freezers.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a top quality mattress and bed frame, wardrobe, shelves and bed side table. Super-fast broadband is available throughout the house.

The property is on a fantastic street in a quiet and safe part of Stretford. Only a 6 minute walk to the Metrolink this location provides quick and direct access to the City Centre, taking only 10 minutes to Deansgate. The 23 or 24 bus route to the Trafford Centre or Salford Quays is easily accessible, which added with Chorlton and Didsbury being close by provides plenty of opportunities for entertainment. The M60 motorway is only a couple of minutes away. With local parks, shops and gyms a short walking distance from the house this area has all of the amenities without needing to go too far.

I am currently living in this house with one other professional male. We both enjoy socialising, sport and the outdoors.
