We currently have a spare en suite room available in Stretford. The house is on the edge of Longford park, with a 20 minute walk to the centre of Chorlton. The room its self is furnished including a double bed, large wardrobe and a few other storage areas. The en suite has a bath, two showers, toilet and sink. Bills for the house are roughly £88 a month.
We are a house of 3 friends looking for a 4th house mate to move in. We are all sociable and enjoy going out for meals, drinks, gigs etc as well as having house meals together each night ( you're more than welcome to join or do your own thing) and watching films together. There's also a range of sports played, football, climbing and cycling to name few. Other hobbies are guitar, piano, reading and cooking.
We have excellent transport links to the town centre living a 15 minute walk away from two different tram lines that both take around 15 minutes to get into town. Or cycling to town takes ~20 mins. There is an Aldi, large Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl all within walking distance and two corner shops which are close by.
