Lovely house to share in quiet area in Stretford

Hi, I'm looking to find a new person to share my house with in Lostock, Stretford. I am advertising the master bedroom, but the idea is to share the house equally and I would be happy to discuss alternatives depending on what you need e. g. if you need to work from home. In addition to the master bedroom, the house has a large comfortable living/dining room, a small upstairs room and a front room, kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom has 2 built-in closets and there is plenty of storage space in the other rooms and around the house. There are also two lovely gardens, one at the front and one at the back. Off-street parking available in the front yard or garage.

The house is well connected to both Manchester and Warrington by train (Humphrey Park station is 5 minutes away, more frequent trains from Urmston about 6-7 minutes cycling distance), as well as buses to Manchester, Sale and south Manchester. Cycling distance to Manchester is about 25 minutes. Lostock park is just around the corner and shops are available on Barton road or in Urmston.

The quoted rent amount does not include any bills, Additional costs would be council tax (ca. £50/month/person), gas and electricity based on usage, water (£25/month/person) and internet (£12.50/month/person).

Note that the house is only partly furnished - you will need your own bed as I will be using the bed in the photos. (I may be able to provide a mattress temporarily if you need time to sort something out for yourself.), as well as most furniture you will need for your room.

I'm a 38-year old musician from France, currently working at the RNCM (there is a piano in the house which I am liable to be playing on a regular basis). Apart from music I like sport and outdoor activities, swing dancing, cooking, reading, and chess. I am also a keen gardener, although there is still much to be done with the front and back gardens, which you would be most welcome to contribute to if you like that kind of thing (I also grow some vegetables in a nearby allotment which could also be shared - plenty of work to do year round!).
