Prices listed include bills and are the monthly rate for single of a double/twin room. Double occupancy is £1000 per calendar month (£500 per person).

Victorian terraced house overlooking Longford Park, Stretford/Chorlton-cum-Hardy border. 'Parkside' would suit somebody who is moving to Manchester and hasn't yet decided where they want to be based.

10 minutes walk to Stretford Metrotram station (Altrincham-city centre). 15/20 minute walk to Firswood/Chorlton Metrotram stations (city centre-Manchester Airport/Didsbury).

Easy access to Stockport, The Trafford Centre, Manchester city centre, Trafford Quays/Media City, Manchester United football stadium and Lancashire County Cricket Ground and Manchester Airport.

10 minutes walk to Stretford swimming pool.

Shared television lounge and kitchen. Central heating is not available 24 hours, usually morning and evening, so this may not be suitable for people who wish to work from home.

We try to be as green as possible and guests will be expected to clean up after themselves and to sort their rubbish for recycling: all bins are provided in our kitchen/diner.

Guests are also requested to turn off lights when they leave rooms/house, and not to leave electrical equipment on standby.

Use of washing machine is not included: launderette at the nearby Quadrant. Clothes can also be dried overnight on the driers/radiators (each room has its own clothes rack).
